Nikolina Samara CEO, HRCM
Nikolina Samara is the CEO and founder of HRCM, where she leads the company's core services: recruitment and staffing for businesses across Greece's hospitality and construction sectors, worker-housing and accommodation support for employers, and Golden Visa and real estate investment guidance for non-EU clients.
Her foundation is roughly a decade in Greek hospitality, where she worked across recruitment and operations — gaining a practical, insider's understanding of how businesses hire, what candidates need, and what makes a placement succeed long-term. She partners with companies not only to find the right staff, but to house them, handling the accommodation logistics that keep teams stable and ready to work. Alongside this, her involvement in real estate gave her direct insight into property and investment in Greece, allowing HRCM to guide investors through the Golden Visa process with the same local fluency.
That combination defines HRCM today: one trusted partner who understands both the people side and the investment side of doing business in Greece, backed by deep market knowledge, professionalism, and a commitment to lasting client relationships.
Beyond her work, Nikolina is a qualified yoga instructor who has been invited to teach as a guest in countries around the world. She speaks Greek, English, and Spanish, and is currently learning Turkish — reflecting the international outlook she brings to every client relationship.
